If you are a wholesaler, or want to make a bulk order just like more than 10 items, please contact our service email, you will get a big discount again.


1. Any risks if i buy products or items from your sites? How can you prove that your website is safe? Will you secure my credit card information?

Please be assured about the security of your personal information. We use secured payment gateways. All the information will be encrypted by our system automatically. Also note our website is SSL certified during your check out process.

2. How to make an order?

(1) Register with Shoes Factory Mall for free.
(2) Log in your account.
(3) Browse products, And if you wish to buy them, select the size you want, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one piece item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind.Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
(4) The first checkout page is "address book",you can edit you billing address or change shipping address. e.g. to an different dropship address.
(5) The second checkout page you can choose the payment method you prefer. In the textbox"Special Instructions Or Comments", You can add special request for your order.
(6) If you choose credit card, You can click credit card link to pay for your order directly.
We will begin processing your order when payment is received. After we send out your order, We will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address.

3. Payment Inquiry

We currently support three payment methods, which are Credit card payment, Bank Wire(T/T), Western Union and Money Gram.

This is abroad business, some credit banks will charge 4%-7% business fee or not(When your order cost is $100, your card may be charged about $106 ), it is depend on different countries and banks, please understanding it.

-For customers who are using a credit card for the purchase we have set up SSL certificate for the security of their personal details and credit card information.

4. If you want to pay your order with Bank Wire(T/T) or Money Gram or Western Union, please do the follows:

(3) When you paid it, please email to our service.
(4) We will confirm we get your payment, then send you parcel within 48 hours.

5. What happens if the products I ordered are out of stock?

If our logistic center informs us of the shortage of the products you ordered in 24 hours, we will contact with you timely and tell you how long it will take for your products to be sent out.
If the time is too long for you to wait, we will handle with your refunding in time. If you think you could wait, we will inform you of the receiving day when we have gotten the shipping information from our factory. You could change for another style of products, of course. Maybe you will find other products which are more suitable to you or you could get the products you like more quickly.

6.How long does shipping take?

The shipping time will vary based on where you are located and whether the product you order is in stock. We will notify you the estimated delivery time of your item. If your items is in stock, we will deliver it to you within 5-7 working days.

7.What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?

It is unlikely that your package is lost or stolen. If we approve that your Goods disappears, we will resend you another for impenstate. But if the postal service delivers the shoes to the wrong address or you have moved of changed your address without notifying us in advance, we can do nothing to recover your Goods.

8.What Is The Return Policy?

For Returns:

Returns can be sent back within 7 days upon receipt, all returned items must never been used and in new condition. All returned packages must be insured. As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing. Please send back the items within 7 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. You should pay all shipping cost by yourself.
